The hottest reservation this summer will be at new Japanese Fusion restaurant Kozu, run by restauranteur and 75 Main & AM Southampton owner Zach Erdem. Fresh flowers will add a sense of luxury to the restaurant, as will the scorched ash tables in conjunction with rich hues and soft lighting. The indoor space holds 100 diners. The large outside patio, which seats 150 people, will offer additional dining space “al fresco”.
The restaurant also boasts the private room and lounge Summer House, which will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, featuring famed DJs from all around the world. The upscale lounge will make guests feel like they are in the middle of the ocean, with light blue colors and inset LED lighting. Summer House will also be offered for private bookings and special occasions, and has a beautiful outdoor patio with white linen covered day beds.
For those who are looking to stay overnight, the venue also includes Hotel ZE, which is a 5-star boutique hotel with a total of 9 rooms: 5 suites and 4 standard rooms.
