Special Event menus include reception cocktail stations offering small plate dishes such as The Mediterranean, a combination of Hummus, Babaganoush, Roasted Red Pepper Dip, beside Marinated Olives and Fava Bean Dip served with Za’atar Pita and Lavash. The Plated Dinner includes the choice of one appetizer, such as the Beet Carpaccio, a Housemade Ricotta, Shaved Fenne; and Citrus Vinaigrette creation. This is followed by a choice of two entrees including Seared Scallops, made with Romesco, Sugar Snap Peas, Chorizo and Fingerling Potatoes. Their dessert selection features the Warm Seasonal Cobbler, made with Cinnamon Streusel and topped with Vanilla Ice Cream.
