Union Cantina, the award-winning Mexican restaurant is officially opening their all-new Union Burger Bar on Friday, January 18th, 2019 at 40 Bowden Square in Southampton, NY. The restaurant extension will be co-located with the contemporary Mexican restaurant, offering an assortment of specialty gourmet burgers, fresh hand-cut fries, maniacal milkshakes & desserts and of course an elaborate craft beer and small batch bourbon selection. Restaurateur and owner Ian Duke with award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf are excited to introduce the new culinary offering to the year-round dining staple of Southampton, NY.
The spacious and casual dining room has seen some recent renovations, but the new Burger Bar will be the biggest in the past year for Union Cantina.
