Donahue’s first role was at the Corporation’s New York office in 2013 before moving to Washington DC to reopen the branch. Donahue’s promotion to Chief of Staff comes after leading several development projects across TPC’s national platform, negotiating multiple commercial real estate loans, leading various financing efforts in addition to the launch of their affordable housing vertical.
