Heading up the kitchen and the brand new menu is Michelin-Starred Executive Chef Massimo Sola, formerly of Eataly Roma and Ristorante Quattro Mori, and winner of the best pasta at the 2016 Il Primo Manhattan competition. A native of Italy, Sola grew up surrounded by the flavors and cooking style of the Italian/French Provençal cuisine. Drawing on colors and nature as inspiration, Sola is known for his simple yet eye catching dishes. Some ofMAMO’s signature offerings include their flavorful Raviolini al Tartufo (truffle ravioli), Coniglio alla Ligure (rabbit legs with spinach and foie gras), the MAMO Burger and the Focaccia al Tartufo (truffle pizza).
